SO MANY GREAT CASSETTES
I cannot recommend those two Ragana cassettes enough. They are so good!
Not sure if you noticed the big Perennial update I did, but I also got the very excellent Hysterics cassette, which collects both their 7"s. That second 7" was on constant repeat for me for about two months. They're one of the best modern hardcore bands.
I also just got a few tapes from Jasper den Hatigh's new Wax & Wane label. You probably know of Jasper from his current band Heat Dust or his old Austin, Texas band Brother/Ghost. He's done two releases on this label with some of his ambient, instrumental material (Holy Water and Sterile Dogs), and he released a tape from Waypoint Tapes' Matt Carney under his ambient drone name Silo Homes. All great stuff. Heat Dust is working on their new LP, by the way. And I still have a couple of copies left of the first demo of the new material.
Have you been sleeping on the MJ Guider tape? I brought a pile of these on the Thou west coast tour and got rid of them all. Such a great record from our pal Melissa!
Speaking of local tapes, I also still have a few copies of the Bitchface and Mystic Inane demos.
HOWLING MINE RELEASES
I'm currently out of the Heathen vinyl, but should have the repress in the next week or so. I still have a healthy amount of Body LPs and Thou "To the Chaos Wizard Youth" 10"s. Down to the last couple of copies on all the other releases.
I don't have any other releases planned at the moment other than a few Thou represses. There are a few things I would love to do, but I'm drowning in debt and about to throw all my money into a bottomless pit called "Record Store." Feel free to get in touch, but I'll probably have to give you some suggestions of other labels to reach out to.
